Pre-sales training
Huatai provides pre-sales training service to help customers to be more knowledgeable about our rock drilling machines. Before the equipment leaves the factory, our systematic training courses will be conducted to make customer's team initially familiar with the equipment regarding all aspects of performance, principle, operation, maintenance and repair.
After-sales service
Aiming at helping customer to their jobs more efficiently, we provide after-sales services to eliminate customers' concerns about the equipment. Our engineers will assist each of our customers through on-site training service so that they can gain familiarity with equipment performance, principle, operation, maintenance and repair.
