The RC3000 hydraulic drifter is designed for large-diameter drilling in underground metal mining and surface top hammer drilling rigs, excelling in medium and deep-hole mining with powerful impact energy and high reliability. Featuring a high-pressure front chamber and a single-sided return oil impact mechanism, it ensures efficient drilling with a simplified structure for easy maintenance. The advanced hydraulic control system includes single-control hydraulic cushioning to extend the lifespan of the drifter body and drill tools, while the single-control hydraulic anti-jamming system reduces the risk of drill jamming, promoting continuous operation. Additionally, the mist lubrication system with anti-backflow technology effectively prevents external water ingress, protecting internal components from corrosion. The modular design simplifies maintenance, reduces downtime, and lowers operational costs, making this hydraulic drifter ideal for underground mining, surface drilling, large-diameter rock excavation, and deep-shaft drilling projects.
