XMPYT-56.5/325 underground scaler was developed in-house by Huatai, which is widely used for rock scaling and underground excacation in drifts, tunnels and caverns. The hydraulic scaling machine provides both quality scaling and high safety, productivity and effectiveness, which greatly speeds up scaling works and the entire excavation process.

With compact construction, the mining scaler comes with dimensions of 5650×1600×1900 mm, and a vehicle height of 1.9 m. With 1.6m width, the operator cabin can be lowered to 1.5 m at minimum. The compact scaling vehicle meets requirement on right-angle turns in 3m wide drifts and tunnels.

• Ergonomic FOPS certified operator cabin and HVAC system maintains excellent personnel safety while providing high visibility and comfort. The operator cabin is designed with rock guard in the front, which protects operator against being injured. The working lights on the roof can be manually adjusted, which provides better illumination underground to improve a miner's ability to see and to avoid potential hazards in the mine.
